Public Offer

This document is a public offer by Tatimo (the "Seller") addressed to any individual (the "Customer") for remote ordering of prepared food with delivery (or pickup) via tatimo.uz and related applications.

By placing an order on the site, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this offer.

The Seller may amend this offer; changes take effect upon publication on the site.

Orders are placed via the site menu. The Customer confirms their phone number with an SMS code.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details.

The Seller may cancel or, in agreement with the Customer, modify an order (out-of-stock items, address outside the service area).

All prices are in Uzbek soums and apply at the moment the order is placed.

Payment methods: cash on delivery or online payment (Payme, Click and other systems listed on the site).

Discounts and promotions apply under the conditions shown at checkout.

Delivery is performed within the service areas listed on the site. The delivery fee and free-delivery conditions are shown at checkout.

The estimated delivery time is communicated when the order is confirmed and may vary due to external factors (weather, traffic).

For pickup orders, the order is handed over at the selected branch.

The Customer may cancel an order before preparation starts.

Refunds for cancelled online-paid orders are processed under the payment system's rules.

Quality claims for delivered food are accepted within a reasonable time after delivery via the contact channels listed on the site.

The Customer consents to the processing of their personal data (name, phone, address) for order fulfilment.

The Seller stores personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and shares it with third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfil the order (e.g. the courier service).

The Seller is responsible for food quality and safety under applicable sanitary requirements.

In force majeure events the parties are temporarily released from their obligations.

This offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation or, failing that, as prescribed by law.
